This hotel has a great location near many attractions and restaurants. the room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. the bathroom was well-stocked and had a nice shower. the breakfast was also good and had a good variety of options.
Customer service was lacking and the staff was unhelpful when it came to early check-ins and providing a bill.

During my stay, the hotel provided exceptional cleanliness, well-maintained facilities and staff who were always ready to assist me. Additionally, the location was ideal and the breakfast served was delicious. Though there was no parking on the premises, the transportation provided by the hotel made up for it.
Nothing it was perfect.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a fantastic experience! the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn't be better , it was right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all the festivities. the room was comfortable and spacious, and the view of the skyline was amazing. Another great aspect of the hotel was the delicious food served in the restaurant , the buffet had a wide range of dishes, including some local favorites.
There were a couple of things we didn't like. we had some trouble with the receptionist when we arrived early in the morning.

The hotel's location was very convenient as it allowed me to easily access many local attractions. The room facilities met my expectations, and I appreciated the opportunity to use the free Wi-Fi. the hotel provided me with a complimentary breakfast that tasted very good.
My experience at the reception desk was not very positive. I arrived early and was made to wait for quite a while before I was given a room.
